Baker Hill Golf Club – Newbury, NH

Located on 260 acres of former farmland in Newbury, New Hampshire the Baker Hill Golf Club offers stunning views of the Sunapee region and beyond. The Club’s Founders had a vision of creating an award-wining golf course that maintains the structural distinction and natural beauty of Benjamin Baker’s 18th century homestead. Old Hampshire Designs preserved the post and beam framework while renovating one of the original farm buildings. The result is a rich and fascinating Pro Shop that features every modern convenience while retaining the value of local, historic charm. Old Hampshire Designs also designed and built customized additions to the Clubhouse kitchen and dining area, the latter featuring extensive cherry built-ins and a handsome coffered ceiling.

Coldwell Banker – Redpath, Hanover, NH

Old Hampshire Designs was hired to remodel and enhance the existing office space of Coldwell Banker Redpath & Co. in downtown Hanover, NH with a timber framed addition. This project involved demolishing a portion of the existing structure while maintaining access to the remaining office space. A two story, customized Timberpeg designed for public, commercial use was added to the original building. This floorplan design flows efficiently for the employees while drawing visitors in to its gracious open concept and alluring interior trim.

Mesa International – Warner, NH

Situated in Warner, NH the former headquarters for Mesa International combines a conventionally-built structure situated around a classic, timber framed core. The welcoming, covered entryway opens though attractive double doors into a Timberpeg design with solid, clean lines framing a bright, open interior. Old Hampshire Designs ensured that the commercial conceptual layout would be energy efficient, attractive and comfortable for employees and visitors alike.

Cardigan Cabins – Danbury NH

Ragged Mt. Resorts has vacation units which are perfect for families and small groups. Featuring 1 to 3 bedrooms with a loft for additional sleeping space, and an open concept living and dining area. The one and two level units range in size from 1200 to 2000 square feet and are fully furnished for convenience and comfort including kitchens that have everything needed for a perfect ski vacation.
