The Design Process
We offer a no obligation initial review of your house lot site by one of our designers. In the next step we’ll create conceptual sketches, and then move forward to design and construction drawings, and, finally, complete specifications that cover all aspects of your home’s design.
The Construction Process
Old Hampshire Designs offers complete construction services. We handle everything from start to finish, from obtaining building permits and shoreline protection applications to completing the finishing touches. We’ve been building homes for 25 years and our service often continues beyond the traditional warranty, making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their new homes. Old Hampshire Designs has also successfully collaborated on plans developed by architects and other designers.
